UI Issues in Votes History on mobile

In the user's profile, opening the votes history popup on mobile would cause text overlap and some text not to be eligible.

This is caused by the scroll behaviour of the table being different than the one found on other tables, such as the votes table.

Additionally, the Date values (from / to) also are overwriting some of the text/lines
