account page: lack of paging on the bottom of operations list

The paging control is only on the lop of operations list: image but the operation list is long, and when I scroll it to the bottom, i have to back to the top to move to the next page, I'm lazy and I don't want to make one more scroll on already read information only to change the page, please add the operations paging control also in the bottom of the list.
