Hovering over block record highlights row except block number & messes tooltip

on the user's profile page, If the user hovers over a record, all the relevant details are highlighted in black, except for the block number which has an enforced grey focus. This is not consistant with the rest of the row, but is also causing the tooltip of the copy JSON to appear partially cut off in the background.
