1. Some messages (Return, Inquiry/Claims) can have associated feed. When and how should we charge them, should this be automated or always manual decision? Default opyion for now is to never chanrge processing fees for those messages.

Claim for value date correction has additional fee called interest fee, which (I think) will have higher value the longer someone waited before asking us to correct the date on the trasnfer (user can request that even 12 months after sending transfer). Do we have any info how such fee should be calculated? Default for now is to not incur this fee at all.
