Question and answer page issues

• Question page doesn't show question title or body yet
• When I tried to supply an answer on the answer page, I get "Failed to submit answer."
• I think it is useful to see the question when creating an answer, instead of putting creation of an answer on a separate page. Maybe the creation of the answer should be included on the question page itself. E.g. A re-sizable editbox with "Add answer" button below the existing list of answers (or maybe better, before the existing answers, so its easier to see the original question).
