A reaction blurb is a short statement by the voter indicating their reasons for voting without being a full argument. Reactions would not be rated. The reaction might, for instance reference something in the argument being voted on (eg "the point about GDP was convincing") and is mainly there to provide a lower-friction way give feedback to the audience and proposition-creators.
