Move feed selector dropdown to the right of user selector dropdown in User Feed page

Summary

Currently, the feed selector dropdown is below the user selector dropdown. It should be moved to the right of the user selector dropdown. And remove feed description from the page.

Description of existing functionality

Navigate to User Feed page, select a user from the user selector dropdown. The feed selector dropdown shows the list of the selected user's feed. Just move the feed selector component to be on the same line as the user selector.
