Remove My Feed item from the user dropdown in User Feed page

Summary

The user selector dropdown in User Feed page has the My Feed item at the top and it is selected by default. It should be removed as it doesn't really fit anymore.

Description of existing functionality

Navigate to User Feed MDX page. The user selector dropdown has My Feed as the top item. Its selection shows the current users feeds.

Recommended approach or architecture

Remove that item and any other UI code its selection enables.
