Add mention to Hive Wallet & QrCode

Add mention to Hive Keychain (extension & mobile wallet) and HiveWallet on the /permissions page of the wallet.hive.blog or/and add a link to https://hive.io/wallets/ but in this case, it will be a good time to review it and put the real wallet first and frontends with built-in wallet separately.

Display a standardized QrCode to integrate the account in any compatible mobile wallet, in a second time adding a standardized deeplink on it for users on mobile.
