- Added pattern validator
- Added patterns for 5000000 blocks
- Added bridge_api pattern tests - failing tests are marked with XFAIL

- Cleanup 5000000 directory: removed not needed files,

Tests runned on hivemind (master) branch, all green.

- Patterns and test definitions moved to proper directories depending on
  block number
- Benchmark moved to proper directory
- Test runners modified to take directory name as a parameter

Added patterns and modified test for 5000000 blocks. Test are in
separate directory.

because hive_functionals test only api supported by hived (not hivemind)
then the tests were moved to hived subdirectory
