Lack of information about last processed block

After hive.app_context_detach, hive.app_context_attach should be executed. This function has a parameter _last_synced_block. It's a problem when app_context_attach won't be called. Later it's impossible to get a number of last processed block. If an additional information was created, it would be convenient for all applications using HAF.
