Poor performance when a context is attached/detached

Executing of hive.app_context_detach, hive.app_context_attach on average lasts 0.9s sometimes up to 4s.

• After processing 5 mln blocks, time is: 619s. It seems that time of execution depends on number of blocks that were processed.
