SVGs result in upstream error

When attempting to load an svg image(ex https://images.hive.blog/p/F7pXcna7voXxvvgbPmu9bQXHMUszAyHXaqf4J?width=128&height=128) an upstream_error is returned rather than the actual image (image is https://ryamer.com/logo.svg).
