Duplicate index in hivemind database

pghero reports On hive_posts hive_posts_payout_plus_pending_payout_id_idx (id) is covered by hive_posts_pkey (id)

From a quick glance at the code, it looks like hive_posts_pkey is probably some legacy index that didn't get dropped by db_upgrade.
