Wrong result returned by 'get_followers' API call

Before one of the last updates the following API call would have returned 'asgarth' as a follower (because the account is following 'jarvie').

Request:

But now the result look like this:

Expected response:

{"jsonrpc":"2.0","result":[{"follower":"asgarth","following":"jarvie","what":["blog"]}],"id":2}

So the first result is skipped.
