Added new group of replay-based tests. snapshot and vops tests
This group consist of two parts. First is group of tests, that replays for 10k blocks and several times turn off and on node, while testing behaviour, created files and responses. Second group is represented by tests that has one node with 3 million blocks replayed, and don't interact with node binary (no switching on and off, or changing config)
