Issue 19 continuous integration

Implemented basic version of multistaging Dockerfile to build consensus, fat nodes like also general-purpose node (where caller must explicitly specify all build params) and test-node where regression tests are started.

Merging even not yet finished, just to check if adding .gitlab-ci.yaml to default branch will help in pipeline activation on gitlab.
