add rolling hash of RC mana of payers to daily stats report

The purpose is to be able to catch differences with RC mana in similar fashion to how claim reward operations prevent even tiniest changes in vesting or reward calculations. The hash is reset with every report so in case the difference is limited to very specific situation, it won't impact all days after that event. Eventually that RC stamp might be published in block extension once RC is part of consensus.
