Now `limit` defaults to 0, which became forbidden value. `order` defaults to new value `not_set`. Also passing call with empty list where it is main source of data for the request became forbidden as well (f.e. `find_comments` with empty list of `comments`).Post-HF26https://gitlab.syncad.com/hive/hive/-/merge_requests/650Fix for "missing" block stats and issue #3622022-11-30T19:58:19ZAndrzej LisakFix for "missing" block stats and issue #362Sometimes block stats were not printed because P2P managed to switch to sync mode and sync block flow control was not printing reports. Now it does, but only if its block is close to current time. Also broken blocks should no longer look like valid in block stats. Since fix for issue #362 was similar to those changes, it was also applied (pending transactions are just rewritten without being applied when related block was not close to current time).

Daily interval was chosen based on experiences with analysis that was previously done using BDE data - it turned out that it has best info-to-size ratio. Higher frequency just introduces noise.
