Inconsistency in the work of methods requiring the "account" argument
I recognize the inconsistency in the work of methods with account argument. Most of the methods allow putting any type as the account name.
However few methods : find_recurent_transfer, get_collateralized_conversion_requests, get_conversion_requests
checking is account exist and if not exist throw exception. I think whole methods should work in the same way.
@gandalf What do you think about it?
Example:
SEND: '{"jsonrpc":"2.0", "method":"database_api.find_recurrent_transfers", "params":{"from":"non-exist-acc"}, "id":1}'
RECEIVE: "message" : "Assert Exception:from_account != nullptr: Given 'from' account does not exist."
