Soft-consensus no longer rejects duplicate reblogs
Prior to HF24, if a user would broadcast a duplicate reblog (custom_json representing a reblog that has already been made by them in the past), the transaction would be rejected with an error Account has already reblogged this post
.
Now, this is no longer the case. A duplicate reblog can be broadcasted and will be included in a block. The result is that nothing happens.
For example, this operation has been recently accepted even though the post has already been reblogged some time in 2018:

If this functionality is being dropped from soft-consensus, and handled by hivemind error tracking instead, the code should probably be removed from hived:
