Mirrornet node closes uncorrectly
I recognize the problem with node closing in my mirrornet haf tests (local run). Test scenario:
- Witness node replay to 5mln and enter live
- Api node with sql serializer replay to 4 mln
- Api node p2p syncing 4mln-5mln blocks from witness node.
- Api node coming live
