Add tests that use `op_body_filter` tool on CI.

The op_body_filter tool it's the tool that helps in a regex designing. There is input data in filter_utils directory(3286849.json, 5771683.json, 6531076.json) and in examples.info file there are some examples how to use it. Related to !246 (merged)
