Enrich llms.txt into an agent skill pack (post-OpenRPC)

Summary

Soft follow-up: llms.txt now has a curated For AI / agent developers preamble (#84 (closed)), and #85 (closed) will publish /openrpc.json + /openapi.json. Next step is a richer “skill pack”: concise capability cards, canonical schema URLs, do/don’t for broadcast, and pointers agents can load without scraping HTML.

Depends on: #85 (closed) (MR !182 (merged)) preferably merged first so schema links are real.

Proposed scope

  1. Expand curated llms.txt section with: schema URLs, Building agents, Workerbee/WAX entrypoints, safety notes (no keys in prompts), optional MCP pointer (#87 (closed)).
  2. Optionally add llms-full.txt or per-topic fragments if size becomes an issue.
  3. Keep generated Docs index uniqueness/CI green (see !180 (merged) test fixes).

Acceptance

  • Curated section documents OpenRPC/OpenAPI URLs once live
  • Agents can discover RPC surface + SDK paths from llms.txt alone
  • Existing llms.txt CI assertions still pass
