Add deeper Workerbee tutorials / recipes on the developer portal

Summary

Soft follow-up from the agentic-docs audit: Workerbee (@hiveio/workerbee) is linked from Resources/Tools and Building agents, but the portal lacks deeper tutorials/recipes (streams, filters, common agent patterns) comparable to older dhive/javascript tutorials.

Proposed scope

  1. 1–3 portal tutorials or recipes: install, subscribe to operations/blocks, filter by account/type, error/reconnect basics.
  2. Cross-link from Building agents, SDK reference, and llms.txt.
  3. Prefer pointing at canonical Workerbee docs where they exist; only duplicate what’s needed for discoverability on developers.hive.io.

Acceptance

  • At least one end-to-end Workerbee tutorial live under tutorials (or Resources) on staging
  • Linked from Building agents + llms.txt
  • Uses current @hiveio/workerbee APIs (not stale dhive-only patterns)
