Improve agent / LLM developer onboarding (llms.txt + Building agents guide)

Problem

developers.hive.io is oriented toward human app developers. Agentic / LLM tooling (coding assistants, MCP-style clients, automation bots) lacks a first-class entry point:

  • llms.txt is only an auto-generated nav dump with no curated agent guidance
  • Preferred stack (WAX + Beekeeper + Workerbee) is easy to miss next to legacy DHive / Hive-JS
  • Key/RC safety, public nodes, and HAF for read-heavy agents are scattered across pages
  • SDK Reference and Tools under-emphasize Workerbee package links and WAX docs / agent llms.txt

Proposed changes (this MR)

  1. New quickstart page _quickstart/building_agents.md (position after Authentication; not exclude: true so it participates in nav / llms.txt dump)
    • Audience, preferred stack ladder, WAX / Workerbee / Beekeeper links
    • Public HTTPS nodes (pointing at existing Hive Nodes list)
    • Minimal condenser_api.get_dynamic_global_properties curl example
    • Auth / key safety and RC budgeting pointers
    • custom_json + HAF notes for app data and analytics agents
  2. Enrich root llms.txt Liquid template with a static ## For AI / agent developers section (absolute https://developers.hive.io links + external WAX Mintlify / Workerbee / Beekeeper) before the auto-generated Docs dump; keep *End Of Line*
  3. SDK Reference: WAX docs + Mintlify llms.txt in Source/docs; Workerbee package cell → @hiveio/workerbee
  4. Tools: WAX, Workerbee, Beekeeper entries near the top
  5. i18n: titles.building_agents and descriptions.building_agents in all language YAML files (EN real text; other langs English stubs where matching existing sdk_reference description practice)

Acceptance criteria

  • /quickstart/building_agents.html renders with title/description i18n keys
  • Page appears in quickstart ordering after Authentication
  • https://developers.hive.io/llms.txt includes the static agent section before the Docs dump and still ends with *End Of Line*
  • SDK Reference and Tools pages show updated WAX / Workerbee / Beekeeper links
  • All _i18n/{en,es,hi,de,fr,ru,zh}.yml define building_agents under titles and descriptions
  • No OpenAPI/OpenRPC generation in this MR
  • Tone is professional docs (no marketing fluff)

Follow-ups (out of scope)

  • OpenRPC / OpenAPI export of JSON-RPC method definitions for agent tooling and codegen
  • Fix directory 403s on tutorial folder indexes (e.g. bare /tutorials-javascript/ style paths)
  • Optional MCP server that wraps public Hive JSON-RPC + curated portal docs for Cursor-style clients
  • Localized (non-English) copy for building_agents title/description
  • Deeper Workerbee / Beekeeper tutorials in the portal proper
