MIRA Deprecation

Articles like MIRA: Performance Tuning need to have a warning at the top of the page explaining that MIRA is being deprecated:

Other plugin lists also need to recommend the alternative plugins ahead of deprecration, then reference the old plugin as deprecated.

Note, MIRA was never really deprecated. It was just instantly removed in HF25, therefore documentation must instantly change the moment hive!185 (merged) is merged to hive/master.
