• start_date - When payments should begin.
• end_date - When payments should end.
• daily_pay - Amount of HBD expected per day.
• subject - Summary of this proposal.
• permlink - Post by either creator or receiver.
• total_votes - VESTS cast for this proposal. This will is calculate every maintenance period.
• status - Current status of this proposal.
