Redeem Rewards (Transfer To Balance) needs posting authority

Click Redeem Rewards (Transfer To Balance)
User gets missing required posting authority.
There should be modal asking for posting key to operate redeem rewards.
Now we get:

Important!!!
When a logged-in user is in another user's profile, then the logged-in user should not see other users' Redeem Rewards.
