When user click on notification to see details the page is crashed

The URL is missing the community name e.g - https://blog.fake.openhive.network/@guest4test1/test-test-2



Sometimes in URl instead of community name is "undefined" - https://blog.fake.openhive.network/undefined/@hivebuzz/notify-1729949991
