Wrong input validation in Transfer to Savings and Power Up
Even though the username is entered, the error is still visible

When I change currency, even though I have funds, an error "Insufficient funds.
" is visible
The same is in Power up section
HIVE DOLLARS - Transfer
HIVE DOLLARS - Transfer to saving
Savings - Savings Withdraw
