Changing the language and navigating to certain wallet pages causes the site to crash

For example:

1. change the language on the wallet page
2. move to the some wallet pages (i.e. Votes for witnesses, Proposals, Welcome, FAQ ...)
3. sometimes the page open with variable and sometimes with value
