New Hivemind compatibility changes

As some things change in new hivemind that will be released with HF24, I think its important to prepare condenser to keep compatibility. I will write changes here. I don't know if issue is a good place for this, maybe we should organize it different way, but at the moment i will keep it here

• replace post.get('percent_steem_dollars') with post.get('percent_hbd')
