Implement Hivebuzz on a user profile

Some users have requested to show their HiveBuzz badges on their Hive profile. Not everyone might want this so a good option is to also add the ability to disable that in the user preferences. API docs: https://peakd.com/hive-139531/@hivebuzz/api
