CLI - it should be impossible to remove unlocked profiles

Now, it is possible to remove an unlocked profile.

Steps:

1. Run CLI.
2. Selected a profile and unlocked it.
3. Remove the unlocked profile.
4. Try t go to TUI using clive.

The error occurred: log.txt

Possible solutions (to be decided):

• user cannot to delete unlocked profile
• when user deletes an unlocked profile, clive locks it.
