do not cancel ongoing `Work` in textual

Cancelling ongoing task means this task was partly executed (partly not), after this for example node data can be half in older state / half in newer state (state that never existed in reality). I mark this as bug and priority low because this can lead to bugs in future (crash was not observed although it seems related to other crash when button is double pressed)
