TUI - change the default timeout after onboarding process

Now, clive is unlocked permanently by default, but after onboarding process, the timeout is set to 15 minutes.

To make it consistent, change the default timeout after onboarding process to remain permanently unlocked.

Checked on the release branch, it works fine.

I created a new profile and after 15 minutes I was still logged in.
