TUI - The alias names are below the operations list

On dev:
I guess it is related with public key as alias name.

added Priority::High label

It looks like it's caused because alias name is too long and is not wrapped properly (operations table is not moving down). SCSS on this screen related to that part

needs some rework.

Key alias select should be wider (expandable to take maximum free space) and this part in the image below should have expandable height (so alias could be wrapped in 2 lines and entire section with signing/buttons widgets will fit while operations table will be moved down)

Retested on the release branch. It works fine.
