TUI - it should be impossible to set (no working account)

Now:
A user can select (no working account).

Should be:
A user cannot select (no working account), but the option is displayed.
A user can remove a working account by removing it from the list of the tracked account and it is OK. In this case, the option (no working account) will be checked.
