TUI - General bindings - transaction summary

  1. The cart can be added to the top menu.
  2. Shortcut T (maybe we will change later). - it is part of issue #339 (closed).
  3. Next to the cart, there should be information about number of operations in the cart.

broadcast/checkout (transaction summary) should be accessible from any screen
