TUI - Onboarding - changes

Based on #261

1. remove set node address screen (hive block should be default)

• During onboarding process, there is available online/offline in the top menu on the right and the change of node is possible.

2. `how to select, copy and paste text widget will be on three pages: with password, with key and with a user name.

• it is blocked by #237

3. add confirm button on enter profile data

• Instead of ctrl + N, there should be Enter
• A new button Confirm should be added

4. Remove start over feature

• By clicking ESC, a user will go to the previous screen
• There will be no additional button Back

5. remove DONE! screen - just push dashboard screen
6. rename big title from onboarding to create profile

Remark:
7. add Add (A) button on set account name and on add key alias screen - it is not important, it will not be used during onboarding. It will be Enter instead.
