Toggle VESTS / HP in balance history page

This somewhat relates to the change suggested here #665 but is on a bigger scale.

Same idea, follow the user's setting to display VESTS or HP, add a toggle like we have on other pages to switch between the two. This change will influence both chart and related tabular data

Here, more importantly than mini-chart, if the performance is NOT acceptable to convert values on the fly, we could discuss an API level change to support receiving HP alongside VESTS.
