Enhance look and feel of post page

I noticed that the look and feel of the post page does not match other pages. We can make a few tweaks to enhance the look, including:

1. Add tracing lines to comments
2. Add Avatars
3. Add copy buttons
4. Add back to top
5. Add icons to comments, votes, and properties
6. Tokenization and Translations
7. Enhancing Properties Table and Votes Table location
