Incorrect value of "LAST ACTIVE" on user page

According to tooltip the LAST ACTIVE value should reflect time of last comment operation sent by the user. As you can see on attached screenshot the last comment was from 8 hours ago, while LAST ACTIVE claims 6 hours. If I were to guess the source of a problem, I'd check if timestamps are correctly interpreted in regard to time zone. My time zone is UTC+2, while blockchain timestamps are always UTC.
