Create new Social card on user profile

I would like to add a new card (Social) on a user's profile that includes some stats regarding the user's social aspect. This includes:

• no. of lifetime posts (root comments)
• no. of lifetime comments
• no. of followers
• no. of following
• no. of communities subscribed to
