Align Nav and Main Content Max Width with Footer for Consistent Layout

Currently, the page footer has a max-width set, providing a visually consistent and readable layout at larger screen sizes. However, the navigation bar and main layout do not seem to have the same max-width styling applied. This inconsistency causes the main content, especially wide tables, to stretch across the entire screen, making analysis and usage difficult.
