Create new modal/dialog for operation filters

COMMENT:

There should be at least few predefined operation filter categories:

• All operations (virtual and non-virtual)
• Only virtual operations
• Only normal operations

Additionally, list of displayed operation types can be constrained to the set of operation types being listed in underlying view, what makes easier filter definition process.

List view (containing a list of operation types) can have of course different number of columns and rows (depending on main window size) and should be scrollable - I just prepare some example for design purposes. We should have in mind that there is a c.a. 100 operation types defined in Hive.

Virtual operation types should be displayed using different color to somehow separate them from regular ones.
