Add matching dollar value in balance history

We would like to add matching dollar value in user's balance history screen. This would be available in both the chart (as an additional line on the existing chart) and the tabular data (new balance value in usd) Calculation can be done relying on the internal market to grab historical hive price (closing basis), HBD price approx 1$ value, and the VESTS2HP ratio to convert vests to hp/hive value. This change can also be implemented in the mini balance history card on a user's profile
