Add Language Support

As discussed, @mcfarhat This ticket is to add the following languages: AR, ZH, DE, ES, FR, IT, JA, KO, PL,PT, RO We need to keep in mind the fact that AR is an RTL language, and hence we need to check the direction of tables and charts
