Expand filters controller In Transaction stats modal view responsive mode

Currently if we open the modal chart of transaction stats, the filter controller looks crammed and text is centered (Block range in screenshot below). let us expand it so that it covers wider area (in screenshot below for example, it would cover same width as both the from and to width)
